Which dongle did you get? The ELM327 one? Might be a cheap fix for me, but also not sure if it'll work with the 3.0R as only the '05 GT is listed as compatible.

it lets me scan for CEL codes, but i cant clear them (if/when they pop up)

iPowne here... seen a few, just wondering if they'd be crap and you'd be better off getting a crappy netbook and tactrix cable. A well designed app for the iPad would be killer.

item arrived today, downloaded torque(free) and after messing with a few settings it connected via bluetooth

sounds decent
i already have a tactrix openport 2.0 and laptop but for checking things on the fly this would be easier

hi all, just wondering if the 91 libertys have any sort of diagnosis port, i saw someone said the OBDII only goes as far back as 99 in subarus but was there anything similar before the OBDII? im ony new to the liberty world, i only know what ive worked out for myself and theres a few things i havent been able to diagnose of recent so i thought id come to the liberty professionals

I believe you have some connectors in the kick panel t the accel pedal which you connect and the CEL will flash to give you the code.. There is a good deeper explantion of this on Ozfoz.
The obd2 devices we use aren't compatible with pre 01 models IIRC

Do you still have the driver disk that came with it?
I'd like to try mine with my laptop, but the CD that came with it was unreadable, and the vendor claimed to have emailed me the files 4 times, and they never came.
