It's not "normal", but very unlikely to cause major damage, since it's at low load.
Needs to be taken in context with - how often, how much and how concentrated is the timing pull? Always in the same area and a few degrees at a time - likely there's something causing it. Whether it's actual cylinder knock - need knock ears...
Even libs on E85 sometimes get this kind of reading from the knock sensor, and it certainly isn't cylinder knock in those cases (otherwise there'd be a few less soobies on the road).
If it's random timing pulled at rare occasions and logs clean 99% of the time otherwise - just keep an eye on it.
