Hi Dave, how are you measuring knock? Also are you saying you are measuring ALL parameters simultaneously?
Cheers

I am not confident in V2 of 1.0.2.6 to update, so I will wait till all the bugs are corrected before I take it.

parso_rex wrote:I'm sure this will be added soon. Now that I'm back in town I have to chat to Daren about some of the things including the boost maximum and knock options. It all has to be done to suit the whole range of vehicles rather than say a single model so you have to stuff around and work out which is right . This probably doesn't make sense to most
GTSPECB STI wrote:Here is the question I put to Darren & reply I got re knock.
Can anyone tell me if the ecudatascan will monitor either our dynamic timing modifier (DAM or IAM) and/or the dynamic knock correction (+/- kc) ?
Hi Dave,
They're ECU specific parameters, not part of the Subaru Select II protocol. However, using the protocol and known RAM addresses allows you to read out those extra parameters, this is how tools like RomRaider and ecuExplorer achieve this.
Right now there are no plans to read these extra parameters.
Thanks,
Daren

Mark, 1.0.2.6 V2 has less bugs than 1.0.2.6 V1. V2 is purely a bugfix release, no other changes.
