hello, I am planning to get the Xforce 2.5 cat back exhaust for my liberty. I want to get a good exhaust note/subie rumble. Would I need to get a UEL header and the exhaust for it to have the subie rumble? Does anyone have the exhaust installed on their cars? Would you recommend it? Thank you

The first thing I did when I got my 07 Lib GT 2.5 was to put an xforce cat back system on it. I got a 2nd hand one that was only 3 months old. The guy was putting a different turbo and downpipe and the xforce wasn't going to fit. Not as loud as any of our others but it does have that rumble..Here's a video of it going up our 250m driveway.. Sorry the picture quality is soo terrible but the sound is good..

Hi there,

A cat-back exhaust was also the first thing I did with mine, I found it on eBay or some such for $500, all stainless, mandrel bent and 3". Although I'm still looking for the down-pipe and cat, this exhaust alone has given it an incredibly good sound - I'd prefer it ever-so-slightly quieter, but that's the price you pay for an entirely straight-through system. I won't be going near the headers and honestly I'm reluctant about the down pipe just because it sounds so fine as it is.
