Postby Stewie1995 » Sun Jan 04, 2015 11:19 am

Hey all,

(sorry if something similar has been posted, link me if possible!)

Wanting to give my libs a bit of noise. Not looking for anything too flashy or ear piercing. Just want to try get some deepish rumble and give it some character. I'm in Sydney looking to spend around the $500ish mark.

2007 MY08 2.5L Manual Sedan

If you have got any suggestions where to go or what to get post em below!

Thanks All!

twin tips mate :)

talking with a few people at the moment regarding Cat-backs or just changing mufflers, i think im gunna go stainless cat-back. one guy suggested 2.25" then splitting to dual 2". Any other recommendations for sizes?

Twin as in just two big ones, one each side? yeah size sounds about right :)

Il will also add SS id more exy than mild but will last longer. Having said the mild will still last 10 years easy if not more. The noise they produce is also different; mild steel is said to be 'throaty' take that as however you want haha.
