3.0R Spec B Exhaust

Have read through the various posts regarding exhaust modifications for a 2008 3.0R Spec B. manual sedan have a couple of questions on this:
1. Looking for a catback system that gives small power gain but mainly interested in improving the note as well as getting more fuel economy where possible. I had read somewhere of people noticing fuel economy gains simply from fitting a catback system. Thoughts?
2. Looking for something that won't at all drone, what would be your recommendations?
3. Who in Sydney is it best to go to source required bits and also install?
