3.O Y Pipe

Exhaust modifications

3.O Y Pipe

Postby TOU6E » Thu Aug 21, 2014 12:16 am

Thinking of getting rid of the rear Y Pipe and going single exhaust/rear muffler, as well as removing the centre muffler/resonator (or replacing that with a resonator).
Has anybody done this, or have advice?
Thanks.

the centre resonator is just that, a staright through resonator. it's not a restriction.

As for the single exhaust, you're going to have an ugly gaping hole on one side of the car.

there's no point

Not phased about that small cosmetic point, but thanks on the resonator.
