Spec B 3.0 No mufflers

On the weekend i decided to remove the two rear mufflers on my Lib, did not realise how ridiculously massive they were. Here are some sound files

Personally I loved the noise, Idle was still very quiet and the noise up top was great,

The problem I noticed was a large amount of drone down low, If say the pipes actually went out the back and were not stuck under the car would this reduce or get rid of the drone?

Either way I am probably looking at getting a catback installed and I am toying with the idea of no rear mufflers.

Thoughts?
Experiences?

Let me know what you think

Was running no mufflers for a couple weeks (only drive my car twice a week max) then decided to get some deletes made up: viewtopic.php?f=68&t=26573
I would be careful about melting the undercarriage though with those pipes pointing directly up into the body. Muffler deletes got rid of some of the drone, but a tune helped lower it some more too. Wouldnt want to do long trips thats for sure though.
Had the deletes setup for a while before going complete new setup with extractors, custom piping + Xforce with Ultex mufflers.

I removed one muffler on mine, but will be putting it back on again.

When you get right up into it you can hear how restrictive the exhaust system is.
