I think i need to chat to MIck about it.. if the blouch is laggier i will steer clear of it. I like having a semi responsive car around town.

Shift speeds according to the handbook for optimised economy and performance for anyone interested in the official recommendation.

You guys are such knobs, I came here considering a dump pipe and a tune and now I don't think I'll settle for less than intake, turbo, turbo back exhaust and a tune.

Sigh.

Haha, this forum will do that to you.
I just signed up to find out what the best tyre pressures are for Libs and two weeks later I had spent $10,000 on Mods.

I was, due to all the talk of the Blouch being way better.

The problem I have is the company I keep. Having fun with GB(Cosworth motor) , Brainy(Phil Lowe built with Cosworth bits), Jaydece(260+ awkw) and 3rspecb(supercharged) keeps you thinking and wanting a just a little bit more power..

But I've spoken to my tuner and I'm sticking to the VF52. Advice received was the Blouch would get me a few more kws above 6000RPM but lower down the Blouch would be identical and perhaps the VF may actually be a better match if lower RPM torque is favoured.

There is a plan to get a bit more out of my current setup in a cost effective manner and am currently waiting on the quote from MSR prior to making an appointment.

I won't post how much I spent last year, in case my wife reads this post but will say this year I've already spent $5500 which included the timing belt service. I was trying to keep car expenditure under control. Obviously I'm not having much success.
