Hi guys does it matter if there stress on exhaust hangers on one side ?

If you hold the tips and move around there is more flexibility/movement on one side

tHE EXTRA STRESS ON THE HANGARS MEANS EXTRA STRESS ON THE WELDS, THAT INCREASES THE CHANCE OF THEM FAILING. eVENTUALLY THEY WILL FAIL COMPLETELY AND YOU WILL BE DRIVING AROUND WITH YOUR MUFFLER DRAGGING ON THE ROAD.

I apologise for the capitals, caps lock was on and I really can't be bothered retyping it...

IMHO the main thing is that it
A: looks good from the back
B: clears the bumper fully
If not A or B, take it back or get another to fix the alignment.

It wasn't a massive priority for me so I used HD zip ties, hanger to the tow tie, to pull my muffs closer to the center-line and trimmed the drivers side trim piece (inner end).
I'll upgrade the zip ties to some enormously long hose clamps I have lying around.
