Will headers off an NA 2003 Forester fit on an NA Lib?

Try eBay for UELs.. Have seen them on there before (bought some for a previous car actually)

As for the gaskets it's probably more to do with the gaskets that come with cheap exhausts can be shit.. Just a guess though.

I've looked it up, I've found some that may be it (not Borla Replicas but something of the sort).
Do I need to be worried about the fitment with them being LHD?

Thats where I got mine from, someone interstate had imported them from the USA and was selling them from around $400-500 delivered. Borla replicas, this was 4 years ago though and I left them on my old car when I sold it

Oh and I'm fairly sure that the fitment is the same for RHD and LHD, it wasn't a problem when I bought mine from the US.

I can't find any of the Replicas. Only headers in the US but they're a similar price to ones in Australia

Mine were around the 350 mark delivered from the US I think.. Going back a whole now though. Maybe find out if the best mufflers ones are UEL? Post up a pic it's easy to tell.

EDIT: They look exactly like these.. I'm guessing they're the ones you've just seen on eBay.

It really doesnt make much of a difference.. Although while I'm thinking of it, I read somewhere on OzFoz about the UEL headers not fitting 06+ for some reason.. Obviously your lib is an 04 but something to think about..

The ones you posted above ^ are definitely the cheapest I can find on eBay..

Ill double check with a mechanic for fitment but that seems to be the way to go.

My friends have all spent north of 1k on headers.

I doubt that the 2.5 in the Impreza and Lib would be different in the exhaust?

Yeah, they wouldn't. I'm 98% sure they'll fit fine, and sound awesome for that matter.

Yeah Subarus are pretty well supported in the aftermarket industry thankfully... But hey if you really wanna go that way....

I don't care what's underneath it, I just want the sound.
By the time I get quads on, it will probably creep over the 1k mark, since Ultrex are sold out.
That only leaves TCPs and STI mufflers as far as I know, and they're around $600 aren't they?
