Stock is smaller. As advised by mickboy, stock midpipe is 2" and stock ypipes are 1.75"..

They aren't rare, there are hundreds of car's with them. Not to mention they look like every other quad tip mufflers with STi engraved into the tips... If you want a rare, good looking, great sounding muffler, get your hands on some PHAT GT mufflers.

Maybe on hundreds of car but rare to pick up a set with under 2k km on them. And they look better than any other quad and are factory goodness not after market IMO

No tbSTi around still has less than 2000 km on it... They are quad tips with letters on them, nothing more.
Correction again, they do not sound completely different. A fraction less quiet than std mufflers but not completely different
Tell your dad/friend to spend the money on some TCP's as they produce even better sound than the STi quads, are brand new and look just as good.
If you really want to, go get STi engraved into the tips
