Any1 tried STi quads + xforce centre / y pipe on a H6??

Look for a touch more growl out of the quads!

It would sound awesome!

Wont be as loud as the full Xforce system, but louder than stock!

Thats a winning combination IMO

have you replaced the cat's yet? and removed the 3rd one

cats are the major restriction in the 3.0 exhaust
even just removing the 3rd cat in my car, i picked up a subtle note change.

but the stock cats are really restrictive and replacing with 100 or 200CPI units will give an increase in exhaust flow and also in volume too.

I reckon that would be a great exhaust combo with the STi cans.

Is the third cat the resonator before the Y pipe and mid centre pipe? If so, the xforce setup has a hotdog resi in place of that. I guess to kill the drone.

no, third cat is where the two banks of headers merge into one
that hotdog resonator in the xforce one is just in place of the muffler on the stock one, yes to kill drone but with xforce you still get some drone

Yeh I know they drone with loud aftermarket mufflers, but with stock? Even non STi..whats the result?

don't know if anyones tried with xforce centre and stock mufflers, sorry. if i still had mine id chuck it on and let you know, but i dont, and ive got headers on now anyway..
