2.25" same as stock

Stock is smaller. As advised by mickboy, stock midpipe is 2" and stock ypipes are 1.75"..

Would this same force mid and y pipe fit a 2.5T? As in it is the same as a 3.0ltr? Is it different for a wags?

Cheers,

Sorry to jump on this post a little late guys. But where are you guys getting your STI quads from? Ive looked around and cant find any :(
Asside from not being over the top sound, they just look so much better than after market mufflers in my opinion.

This is the next step for me, after my wheels go on next week.

I have STI cans and won't change / delete cats until I know it's not going to be too loud. Looking forward to it and the price is hard to argue with.

They aren't rare, there are hundreds of car's with them. Not to mention they look like every other quad tip mufflers with STi engraved into the tips... If you want a rare, good looking, great sounding muffler, get your hands on some PHAT GT mufflers.

+1, also people will invariably get over the fact that they make no different a noise to the OEM muffs given the resonator is exactly the same. How Subaru can charge over $2K for these new is highway robbery. At least Phat and TCP muffs sound the business 8)

not to mention people are asking ridiculous prices for secondhand STi quads... I'd rather spend an extra $100/$150 and get brand new TCP Auto mufflers over used STi quads...
Just saying. Thats my 2c

Maybe on hundreds of car but rare to pick up a set with under 2k km on them. And they look better than any other quad and are factory goodness not after market IMO

Correction they sound completely different than stock gtb mufflers ...

No tbSTi around still has less than 2000 km on it... They are quad tips with letters on them, nothing more.
Correction again, they do not sound completely different. A fraction less quiet than std mufflers but not completely different :P

Tell your dad/friend to spend the money on some TCP's as they produce even better sound than the STi quads, are brand new and look just as good.

If you really want to, go get STi engraved into the tips

The Sti quads sound completely different to stock gtb mufflers I repeat.

Look in the exhaust clip sections and tell me that they don't.

They give the car a nice burble sound that stock gtb muffs don't
