If getting a dump pipe and mid pipe inc y pipe does this affect the turbo like does one end bolt to the turbo ?

Yes.. Your exhaust is: Headers -> Up Pipe -> Exhaust housing -> Dump Pipe -> Mid Pipe -> Y Pipe (optional) -> Mufflers..

The best mod? Um what? Subject to oppinion.......

Btw this is the least sarcastic I have been when replying to one of your silly threads...

Dump or full turbo back exhaust (dump - centre - mufflers) is a good first mod I think.

Plus a high flow panel filter like Apexi, HKS, etc and a tune will get you a nice performance increase.

And if you have a bit more money a bigger intercooler in addition to that before the tune.

That's a nice basic upgrade.

You can do dump/exhaust without getting a tune but it will run better after the tune.
