Exhaust hitting fuel tank

Hi guys.

I have the TCP full turbo back exhaust on my MY07 GTB. Last week I got the car serviced at Subaru and they've told me the exhaust is hitting the fuel tank.

When I installed it with the help of a mate we did find that one of the flanges was hitting a heat shield. I don't have a good way of looking under the car at the moment so I'm not sure if this is what they are talking about.

Has anyone else with the TCP exhaust had this issue? And if so how did you fix the problem?

Here are some pictures from when I installed the exhaust showing where it hits the heat shield.

Thanks!

I don't recall seeing anything like that when I installed mine.

I'll have to remember to check it out next time I'm under there.
