Hitech Quads for Gen 4 Liberty

Hi guys,
I'm looking at purchasing a set of Hitech quads for my 2.5 gen4 non turbo to go with my borla replica headers.
Can anyone tell me if they will fit my current exhaust without modification?

They will fit, depending on who is selling them.

on that note, why hi-tech?, its not much extra for new ones with good after sales service from tcp etc.
