Nice sounding quads, sounds tough with the UEL oem headers.

Can you please let me know the length of from the muffler to the end of the tips.

Thanks
Tony

Tony,
maybe adjustable tips with a heavy duty T-bolt clamp could be incorporated into the design to satisfy everyones tastes.
some people may prefer to have teh tips further out the back to show off some more shiny bits, others may want them flush
this would then allow for independent tip lengths on each muffler to stagger them like the SIt ones, or have both the same lengths
again personal tastes and one product that can satisfy a number of situations with extra cost to the customer

hi Robbks,

This is exactly what im thinking, I have just done the same thing for my forester exhaust, for the forester it was a different size tip that would clear the tow bar.

For the Liberty's it will be the length of the tips for sedans and wagons, I have extended the tips of my mufler 4 cm already to get them to suit the wagon.

here's some pictures of the forester system with the interchangeable tips.

Thats actually great thinking people could just have their sti tips cut off and placed on the tcp muffler and adjusted to length really easy (this is what im planning on doing)

Good work Tony,

Nice to see an evolution of the products to what the customer base is after.

My only thought for the product range is a more milder sounding exhaust.
straight thru's definitely have their place, especially for turbo'd cars,
but on the N/A models that don;t have the benefits of the turbo to help drop the volume, thay can be a little over the top. and they won;t restrict the power on an N/A

Possibly a triflow or expansion chamber design may be a good option for those after a good quality aftermarket product without the volume.

just my 2C,
'cause it's exactly what i'm looking for

heres the measurements, although i think they could be a bit longer because my tips are shorter than STi wagon tips.
