Subaru Exhaust, booked in for monday

Postby jakefake » Sun Jan 09, 2011 12:32 am

So im booked in to get an exhaust on my 02 Liberty on monday and had a chat with ol mate and he said he thinks the best option for me is to just get a 2 1/4" straight through catback . . .

cost $330

Now my question is should i just keep it at that or should i go 2 1/2" and should i just get a tip for it or get a cannon just like all the other suby's i see. getting done at Mac's Mufflers

Cheers jake.

Please, not a cannon. Neat twin pipe would be preferable (if there's room).

I'd stick to the 2 1/4
i had a 2 1/4 on my 2.5rx and it sounded really nice and not too droney (manual not auto)

Then i went to a 2 1/2" and ended up losing power, it had no punch at all. With the power these things have, losing 1kw makes a huge difference
