Tim first of all I have never seen a youtube link so screwed up.

secondly the forum tags for youtube only accept direct youtube links. Which would be this section of your video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFpbmuOxFu4 . As soon as the & part comes in to a youtube link it's all useless stuff for indexing and shit.
