Ed

Does this new re-logging/analysis price affect existing customers and tunes?

One of the main reasons I chose your services was because you offered lifetime support for the final tune. I understand the $67USD retune fee for additional tuning as a result of extra mods but your latest update seems to contradict this somewhat. Can you clarify please?

Please note once tuning is completed,I offer a lifetime support for that tune. In other words, if you want me to review the car 6months or even a year later, thats ok.I will provide updates as needed. Any future mods you perform, I only charge a retuning fee, once those mods are not major and is within the current tuned. Example Supercharging, Engine upgrades, etc are all major mods

Cheers

Allow me to clarify:

With XRT, once tuning is completed, you have the ability to contact me again and any service is not treated like a new service, but an existing service as stated by the link you highlighted (with parameters).

If for any reason you need your logs analysed closely and quickly and feedback given, then there is a small fee of $35USD. This is not usually done by customers, except for customers who take part in Motorsports events.

In the event you needed to be retuned due to small changes, then there is a $67usd fee.

I do hope this help in your understanding.
