Warning note on printer

At the workplace of someone I know, a co-worker accidentally dropped a pen inside a printer.
They didn't have time to dismantle it, so the co-worker was told just to leave a note on the printer telling people not to use it until their help desk could get to it.
Here's the note he found on the printer....
