use the "youtube2" tags around the text in the link following the first "equals" sign and leading up to the first non alpha numeric character. In the case of this vid, "aazG7dMhE7I". So you tags should look like [ youtube2]aazG7dMhE7I[/youtube2] (just take the space out of the open tag)
