Hope he got defected for tyre tread depth and a cracked reflector.

Cyclists are also open to DUI's... How pissed off would you be.

well you can get up to 71 in a 50 zone on a bike :/ its an adrenalin rush ..
Most keen cyclists ride in groups and can have a avg speed of 20-30kms hour \
Most have cars like some i know do more km's on there bike then there car :/ yet still pay insurance and road fees .. and ride to work because its quicker and cheap plus makes you fit
I road a bike about 2000kms since i was around 15+ just soical and transport
Now i can agree with the speed thing most of the time down hill i would be speeding :/ but yet the plates fines ect in a school zone all makes sense i have seen many run red lights ect so plates on a bike i can understand but i have 15+ bikes gonna be a bitch ..
But most cyclist adopt the every driver as an idoit principal so the more you wait and give them room the more likely they will wave you pass or if you know there signals tell you where theres a pot hole or slowing down.
My 2 cents ..
