try working in the childcare industry these days, there are more checks, regulations and rules than you can poke a stick at...it's all permission slips, registration forms, medical forms, behavioral forms, checks, etc...

in fact i put together a promotional advertorial for the company i work for a few months back and we had to pull one scene because the fully qualified child care worker had her hand around the child as if she was giving him a hug and this is prohibited by the government department for childcare...
