Have a look at the slideshow on this page:
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/fu ... Rosie.htmland you'll see she was actually wearing a black singlet while the ad was filmed, so the incredible cleavage is all computer generated!

It's not like she is small of chest and they've made her look huge - she's about the size of the CGI (if the superimposed cleavage isn't hers) anyway.
