All though this is a number plate/ car combo it's pretty self explanatory this bloke is not "mr cash" Image

looks like bogan mandurah, all thats missing is the Ford hate stickers and a southern cross one (bet the driver has that tattooed somewhere tho)

Actually I think that parking is better... because if he/she had parked properly inside one bay, then both side would be un-usable, effectively taking up 3 bays. :roll:
