Judging by the quads out the back, it could be an M5....but it's possible that the exhaust system is aftermarket too...

Oh shit.... My Mum drives a Heep Patriot. Going to send her that.
I've been telling her to ditch it ever since the turbo failed under warranty, and it took them over 3months to track the problem down.
