Rob Roy - Historic & Classic Hillclimb - Sun Nov-29

There's an Historic hillclimb on this Sunday at Rob Roy.
I'm not competing, but will be there working with the timekeeping crew. If you have any interest in famous old racing cars, this is the event to get an up close look at them.
There's a nominal entry fee, about $10 a car I think.
You can see some of the cars that ran last year in the Gallery at http://elgee.gallery.netspace.net.au/album10

There's a few wierd and wonderful cars that show up every year. This ungainly looking beast has a huge V8 in it, and leaves a cloud of tyre smoke every time it pulls off the start.

You can also get an idea of the cars that will be running by browsing through the results from last year at http://www.mgcc.com.au/robroy/2008h&c-results.pdf
