Bathurst 12 hour live streaming

Postby Jubaeg » Sun Feb 26, 2012 5:34 am

If anyone is interested (there's one WRX STI in the field), the live stream is: http://www.bathurst12hour.com.au/ via Ustream. Race started at 06:15 (AEDT) and the feed was a bit jerky initially but seems to have settled down. For those of you with paytv (not me), it is being shown on FOXSports/SpeedTV I think.

It is currently dark in Bathurst so some lovely shots of glowing brake calipers.

Enjoy.

When I passed out (bedtime here in the UK  ) there were listed about 3600 viewers on ustream, I woke in the morning to the interviews and about 360 watchers LOL :ninja:

But thanks for the heads-up - it was great to see abit of Bathurst again :yahoo:

Cool - the really cool thing about it was that only 2 hours of the 12 was broadcast on paytv, and the rest was streamed for anyone to watch via the internet. I think there ended up being about 70K unique viewers.

It was an ok race - the usual endurance stuff happening but a bit of an anti-climax at the end.
