Group Buy: HKB MK3 Alternator sense wire diode
Posted: Mon Feb 03, 2014 1:33 pm
I was re-reading the Upgrading Your Fuel Pump Wiring (4th Gen) thread on LGT and I came across an Australian made, plug n play alternator sense diode upgrade.
I contacted the manufacturer and indeed we qualify for a 15% discount on this cool product.
Basically the fused diode installs in the engine bay fuse box, no need to mess about with wires, solder or heat shrink...

They are $50 retail, -15%, Express post adds $10 but is optional.
Please express your interest and I shall PM you with our discount code, for your use, until the mfg closes the group buy.
Can you DIY this? Yes absolutely, and if DIY is your thing chance are you've DIY'd this already
What they said on LGT:

By the way it is expensive but if you factor in all they did to get it made and where it has to ship from its not too bad.
Plus its a resetable un-blowable fuse. It will last forever.[/QUOTE]
