GB: Hood Quicklift

Postby fletch2 » Wed Aug 22, 2012 12:12 pm

I was going to buy a Quicklift Plus kit then figured i'd throw it up on here see if anyone was interested in a group buy? I've seen a few people chasing them up so if anyone was interested, but basically we need interest in at least 10 kit's for it to be worth while.

I'm currently waiting on a reply for shipping costs, I can either get them all shipped to one location which will save alot of money at first then ship them out to everyone or just get them directly shipped to everyone straight from them, I'm just waiting for prices but I do know for 1 single kit is $130 shipped.
Okay so I got an email back from the guy and all he could said he was he wanted to know how many and which kit's then he can quote me shipping price, but I know that it's $45 for a single kit shipped so it will be less than that, hope that help
Prices will be as follow;

Qty 1-9 Quicklift - $69.95 (no discount)
Qty 1-9 Quicklift plus - $84.95 (no discount)
Qty 1-9 Quicklift elite - $119.95 (no discount)

Qty 10-29 Quicklift - $59.95 ($10 discount)
Qty 10-29 Quicklift plus - $74.95 ($10 discount)
Qty 10-29 Quicklift elite - $108.95 ($11 discount)

Qty 30+ Quicklift - $56.95 ($13 discount)
Qty 30+ quicklife plus - $71.95 ($13 discount)

I'm keen. Either plus or elite depending on numbers and more reading (at home later on a real computer instead of a crummy iPhone lol)

I know a fellow member "zch91" has them and from what I saw they work very well and bolt on with no cutting or anything!

Requires drilling so you can pop rivet them in place, having said that I'm interested.

So, these are different to the previous group buy that some people had issues with rusting?

I'm not exactly sure, different site but could be sourced from same place but I wouldn't be worried with rusting, it's very very very unlikely but I'll look into what sort of warranty or guarantee they might have.

I'm also waiting on a reply for shipping costs

Is the only difference between plus and elite the finish and the warranty?

Yes the ones I have are from the previous GB I'm pretty sure. I don't like the idea of drilling holes and pop-rivetting with these ones.. Much prefer the mounting method of mine.

Yep that's pretty much it I'm pretty sure, personally I'm just going for a Plus, elite doesn't sound all that much better
