Was $44.95 for a single unit shipped, the guy I was emailing said you will save a bit of money from a group buy on shipping but didnt specify, and alot saved on shipping of they're all shipped to a single address, so I have since emailed back again asking for a shipping cost for options and hopefully this time I get number's not just a bunch of crap, trying to get this organized guys, sorry about the delay.

I've seen these gas lift struts on another members car and can see a problem with them.

The standard hood prop has two spots it can be inserted into. The one that's normally used and a second one that lifts the hood up and right out the way at almost 90 degrees. A real benefit when working in your engine bay without having to bend over excessively if not required and easy acess to the area around the firewall.

These gas struts make it difficult to reach around the firewall area and the ones I've seen installed are quite low causing the owner to have to stoop when working on things uneccessarily.

Just thought I'd mention it to see if anyone's concerned or even thought of this.

It's only a little spring clip holding it on, takes 5 seconds to remove them from the ball joints, just keep the hood prop and it should be all good :)

Yes we can, just sick of people abusing the way they how they are riveted on and pulling out, we need i think 4 more people? I have asked the seller twice for a shipping estimate but he hasn't given me a clear price but i do know one single set is $130 shipped but he quoted me about $150-160 for 10 sets delivered to a single address in which will be quite a saving then i'll have to find a quote on shipping to everyone else.
In anyone else interested & people who have already registered interest are you still wanting a set?
Cheers
