I'll be interested to hear your thoughts then. Is there a problem wroth your stock sub, or just looking for some deeper clearer bass ?

Nothing wrong with it but just wanting to improve the stock system.

Right.

$150 is the price, no matter how many units.
I've ordered myself one, so will be picking it up next week and doing the install along with some Dynamat.

The place is 'http://www.performancecaraudio.com.au/'. Contact is 'Brett'. Details are all up on the site.
He is in Bayswater.

Hi All,

As we are no longer getting the units from the US, I will close the GB thread.

There are 2 options left for those who still want a sub.

1). Brett from Performance Car Audio. $150, pickup. (This is what I'm doing)

Better option
2). mihai has contacted 'Steve' at Freeway Car Audio in Dandenong and has had the following confirmation;
- Unit is $150 however if we buy in bulk (i.e. 5 or 10 units) he may be able to do $135 or $140.
- In order for us to get that price, we need to let him know the numbers so that he can buy in bulk from his supplier.

If enough of you get together you can sort out a local GB for much cheaper.

Apologies for all those I've stuffed about, but this latest deal is great (again, thanks to mihai), so hopefully those still interested can start-up another GB thread and sort it out.
I'll post a 'How-To' guide soon for reference.

Cheers,
Ben

Thanks Viper.

I have started a GB with the information I have gathered from this GB and from speaking with Steve at Freeway Car Audio in Dandenong. If anyone is still interested, please put your name down on the list at this link: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=17101

Un-asked-for opinion (hey, its the internet :)): If it was me I couldn't not be bothered with a group buy to save $10.
