You can use the oem style lines on Brembo's no problems.

OT: I've read on NASIOC that depending on useage, brake lines in general should be replaced fairly regularly.

EDIT (they said braided too IF tracking regularly :D )

Slightly firmer pedal feel, less flex from the lines themselves.
Better resistance to heat if tracking.
