I answered your question in that it will not fit inside the cubby holder with a stock cubby holder with the flip lid. I no longer have my ECU Data scanner but from memory it would not sit comfortably in there....but I could be wrong.

That is correct - the unit is too big for the cubby.

If this group buy goes ahaead - could I make an order for a new windscreen mount and the L shape GPS attached holder - effectively all bar the unit and cable.

My suction cup section has failed and the L shaped section that holds the unit snapped in half and I desperately want a new one.

It's all in Aek's hands!

He's been very busy lately but hopefully we'll start the payment process soon :)

From Aek -

1) OBD1 OR OBD2 cables are available. Simply specify which you need when confirming payment

2) GPS maps are not currently loaded BUT i will be provided with the files that i'll upload and have available to all of those who are joining the group buy. Normally this cost extra but will be thrown in as a free bonus.

3) 90 degree adaptors are available but will cost extra. After speaking with Daren he actually recommended a different option to the 90 degree adapter. The OBD2 port is mounted in a plastic recess in the under panel below the steering wheel. You can actually pull the port out of the mounting position from underneath the panel (it just clips in and out so can be returned to OEM location later) which will allow you to run the cable on the inside of the panel with the rest of your cars wiring, keeping it even further out of the way and unseen.

The guys at ECUdatascan are away until Monday week so won't be taking any orders until they return. I'll pm everyone who posted expressions of interest over the weekend with payment details etc. You will need to confirm your Name, Address and Cable Required. Once all payments are received i will transfer the total amount to ECUdatascan who will then post out all the unit individually to you. Once your payment has been transferred to my account, please EMAIL me all the requested details above to: aek@subyclub.com

Send a PM to Aek, mate.

memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=431

Money has been coming in over the past week but I'm not sure what it's up to.

If you're able to pay straight away, you might be in luck!
