EOI: HyperFlow TMIC

Postby pips06 » Sat Aug 20, 2011 4:58 pm

Hi all, there seems to be a fair bit of interest around for aftermarket TMIC's at the moment. Im putting out an EOI on the HyperFlow TMIC's to see what sort of numbers we can get in order to negotiate a cheaper price than the RRP of $890. I haven't spoken with anyone from HyperFlow as of yet, i'll let this EOI run for a week or two and if we can get more than say, 5 buyers, then we'll see what price they can do.

They have TMIC's for all makes of Liberty's so this is open to everyone.

Here is a link to the Gen 4 TMIC,

Regards,

Ben.

Ben I emailed John at hyperflow today to ask what kind of numbers we would need lol.

I'll let you know when/if he replies (apologies if I jumped the gun). But registering interest.

Got an email back from John at hyperflow today. They only have stock of the 03-06 model (EJ20T) at present. He stated that we would need a group buy of 5 to get them for $750 each + postage. Postage free if there is a 6th person.

He didn't mention pips06... I asked if we could do a group buy across pre and post facelift but he didn't commit to that. However if we got 5 or 6 people overall I could try to request that again.

You've hit the ground running mate :D - should post up your member profile once all these parts have been bolted on.

Are you putting the TMIC in yourself? If not it would be simple bolt on job for Dropz too!

oh really? :) but wouldnt it need a tune aswell?
if it comes on friday then ill ask dropz to do it aswell.

got a question for you...
was thinking of getting these but not really sure where they go or what they do?

http://www.avoturbo.com/index.php?optio ... &Itemid=26

the two i was looking at where...

Throttle Body hose
MSRP: $65.00
Turbo-Intercooler hose w/aluminum adapter plate (for JDM/AUDM vehicles)
MSRP: $89.00

dont need the other one as my K&N intake already has a silicone hose.

Didn't you say your getting a tune anyway?

It's always best to tune the car at the end of your mods...

BTW - You should make a member's profile so you can throw all your random questions in that haha
