Spec B chrome badge

Hi there,

This has come up in about 234 forums....but ill bring it up again

The Australian Spec B Liberties don't have the cool chrome badge on the back like the American Spec B Legacys

You can get the badge here for around $50:- https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/prod ... ts_id=1148

Unfortunately you also get the Legacy badge, which apparently make good frizbys.

Postage is around $50 bucks. (which seems insanely expensive...)

Im going to order one. If anyone else would like one contact me and ill get a couple. I noticed postage doesn't go up when you add multiple badges to the order.

How ever many we order we'll just be able to split the postage.

That means they'll have to be sent to 1 address. If there's some interest I'll work something out (i can get them all sent to me at work then re-distribute them)

Anyway let me know if anyone is interested. Pretty keen to order asap!

I've got stuff coming for myself & a couple other users via my uncle in the US.. Saving about $90 in postage costs!! Interested in tagging along? I'll order a Spec B badge for you mate - you'll be looking at $57 ($48.95 for the badge + your share of shipping costs) if you live in Sydney & can pick it up otherwise it will be an additional $7 roughly on top for me to post to you once it arrives at my place

I bought one there 3 years ago...and shocked at the quoted postage (for 2 off), queried it , and got a response that <name forgotten> would look after it , and ensure it was reasonable. It did come at an acceptable figure, and all was fine. Sold the 'Legacy' part to another user here, and the 2nd unit also. Just add a msg to your order querying the postage calculated on the web. 2 badges fitted into a half A4 jiffy bag type package, < $10 IIRC.

Properly sited, the SpecB part looks OK, IMHO.

Incredible the prices they charge isn't it!! For all the items I'm getting for the few people, postage will be around $27 which isn't too bad considering I've got a fair few things..
