3D printer is working again, a perfect sphere was produced yesterday on the lowest res.
This prototype will be printed mainly to test fitment.
Then we'll source high or low volume production.
When the fit is right, that opens the door for more designs

Nope, back on the back burner.
The print was about 1mm from fitting so I have to catch up with 3D guy to get it tweaked
