Mate they are absolutely killing me... Every monday (for the past month) I call them, and they say "it should be this week, ill definitely call you on thursday friday"... guy never calls and cycle repeats...

However, this week the guy informed me he has received the new stock and it is still in a shipping container waiting to be unpacked. He told me he would send on weds/thurs (yesterday and day before), and would call me when he has sent... Guy hasn't called so I assume they aren't sent. I guess ill call back next week and see what the go is... :S

Alex.
If you don't mind me asking, what tyres did you end up getting with them?

Cheers,

Man your f***ing telling me about it.

I call the guy every day and he says he will call me back. he never does. Here is the timeline of my calls:

I pay for wheels. He says they will leave the next day. I call next day and he says oh shit I dont have the right make for your car (even though we already clarified this), you can either get a refund or wait a couple weeks for a new shipment.

Week 1 Friday: "They will be here in 2 weeks"
Week 2 Friday: "They will be here in 2 weeks"
Week 3 Friday: "They will be here next week, ill definately call you when they get in"
Week 4 Friday: "Im 90% sure they will definately be here next week, ill definately call you when they get in"
Week 5 Monday: "They have arrived and are in the shipping container still. They should leave either weds or thurs, ill definately call you by the end of this week when we send them and give you a consignment number".
Week 6 Friday: "Dude we havent had time to unpack the container, ill definately call you when we send them next week and give you a consignment number"
Week 7 Monday: "We are unpacking them now as we speak, they will leave sometime this week, ill definately call you when we send them and give you a consignment number".
Week 7 Friday: "Sorry dude TNT didnt pick them up, ill definately call you when we send them next week and give you a consignment number"

This week I called him every day. On monday he said they were leaving. On tuesday he said he "looked in the box just before they sent them and they were the wrong wheels'. Wednsday he said "they will go tonight". Thursday he said TNT never came, and that they will 150% go tonight. Today he said they went last night and he has a consignment number. Says he will call me back in 10 mins with it. I wait 2 hours and call back. He says he will go look for it right now and call me back. I say Ill hold the line lol. He says okay, comes back and says "dude i gotta go upstairs, ill get it and come call you back straight away". I wait 2 more hours, I call him back. He gives me the consignment number. I search this on TNT website. No results. I call TNT, they say it usually takes 10 mins from pickup for the package to appear on their system. So that means it should of been on their system on thursday night. He told me the wheels will come to my house on tuesday (sydney to canberra). So A he gave me a fake consignment, B TNT have fucked up (i doubt it), C he gave me a genuine consignment but the package has not been picked up yet. TNT said it sounds like one of their consignment numbers.

Its rediculous, in the 8 weeks i have dealt with this guy, he has not phoned me back once, even though he has promised 10+ times. He even says give me 10 mins and doesnt call me back. Once I get my wheels I will take them and never look back. I defs dont reccomend this company to anyone. I paid 1150 including postage. tech9tyres in WA are selling for $1600. Go to them. seriously these guys arent worth the hassel... I called tech9tyres in WA expressing interest once. They called me back every week asking how I am going with the decision. Thats customer service. Cant believe I sold out for a saving of $450...

Im so f*ing pissed off...

Edit: Id also like to add that I wouldnt piss on these guys if they were on fire.

Gotta remember they are bringing the wheels over to WA and then sending them back... Their costs are always going to be higher, but there is no substitute for good service!

Another sign of you get what you pay for... the higher margin is not always just money in the business owner's pocket, but rather it is to hire more and better staff to give you good service.

Hope they arrive soon look forward to seeing them!

After the above - your too generous in giving the "benefit" of the doubt.

Looks like im gonna have to get a refund...

They havent arrived, the guy from Taleb says that TNT reckon they have lost them. No more in stock so I cant even drive there and pick them up. He is finding out if they can have any more put on their next shipment from overseas, but its probs just another lie and no doubt tomorrow he will tell me they cant get any more.

I phoned tech9tyres. They tell me they get all their tenzo stock through Taleb Tyres, so thats no good. Tech9 offered to spray a set for me, but I dont want that as I would be charged for it.

I phoned TNT, they a f***ing useless and wont help.

So it looks like Ive just waisted 3+ months waiting for these wheels. And I cant find anyone else in australia who sells them. Great. FML!!!
