I think someone said there are only 40 cans available (or maybe I misread), I hope there will be enough left for your 12!

Can someone give me an insight about this Upper Cylinder Cleaner.
What I want to know is it suited for all our liberties ?
How to do it, where to spray and a step by step walkthrough.
Some off us are not mechanically minded like myself.
There have been a few threads on this but still not clear.

I agree ....excuse my noobness....but I myself is kinda unclear on how this actually works / improves / cleans ?

Its pretty easy. A couple of ways fo doing it.

In a nust shell you spray the cleaner in your intake manifold and it eats/cleans the carbon build up...

I use it on all my cars & familiy members cars (Lib 3RB, Mazda 6, Impreza RS 2.5, Syline GTST and a VYII Calais V8).

There were 85 cans in total... I just sold four tonight to a forum member... So that means there are 81 cans left... Plese, please let me know numbers before you guys come up as i would like to have what you guys asked for... In a lump sum for ease of my poor mathematical skiils! Cheers, Nicko...

Hi Ric, do you have the room to bring these back..

dude, u seriously want 12 cans? i spoke 2 subaru doncaster couple days ago and one of the mechanics said u only spray half the can at each service, so 1 can = 2 sevices, 12 cans = 24 services!!!

anyway we got a total of 24 cans so far, but if u still want 12 cans then thats 36 in total.

Nick we will confirm with u next week how many cans we gonna need, also depends how much room Ric got in his car, so for now if u can put aside about 30 cans please, thanks! :D

Nicko
I bought some cans recently for my neighbour who drives an MX5.
Apparently a lot of Mazda guys are using this Subaru under arm spray in their cars too.

Thanks for your concern, Its going to be split between my brother-in-law and myself, also you get better results with a full can. Subaru Docklands STi service centre used to use a full can when they used to do it. When they stopped the STI foreman recommended to me to use a full can and I have been.

Please put me down for 12cans if available..

For all the gt drivers, you should be doing this at least once are month IMO, you all will be amazed about how much oil vapour is pumped back into the turbo inlet pipe.

Just remove your tmic and you will see exactly what I mean.

Btw too solve the problem just get are catch can
Not a soobi anymore, but still slightly dirty

Hey Tony, I was thinking about a catch can in the future but I still want to keep a TMIC and not go FMIC. Where is a good spot to mount it?
