installed :) was piss easy!! but yea ill see for a couple of days how i feel about the gap.. i dont think its that bad unless you're looking for it

Yes, just finished my install and the gap on a white vehicle does stand out. I am not sure I will keep this mod, but I will try for a couple of days to see if I get used to it.

Mind the Gap!

Installed mine yesterday, took off today. They work really well, but the gap is a little to much for me. Going to try find a few ball end screws that sit a bit lower and see if they make a difference.

Must be a way to make them sit flush :idea:

There is a rubber lining thing going across the back of the engine bay and rests on the quarter panel where the struts lie when the bonnet is closed, I can't say wether or not it makes any difference as I did it first before I closed the bonnet, but I just tucked the rubber lining things down into the engine bay.
