Did you have to go to bunnings to buy any tools for this complex installation ??
If so please let us know that they where and a walk through with lots of photos of this complex installation
Many thanks :-)

It took me about 6 hours to install them.
I had to take out the entire floor carpet and all the seats, then I had to battle Cthulhu to lay claim to the section the mats needed to be installed it.
I also used about 4 litres of glue and about 17 nails.

Hope this helps.

I did have to go to bunnings. I used exterior wood screws to attach the mats to some steel brackets then welded those to the chassis and the seats. Then used some liquid nails on any exposed areas to ensure that they were firmly attached.
I think it'll hold up for a while, if not I'll have to consult some sort of engineer for a better solution.

Good luck with it all, during the install I downed 6 V cans and 4 mothers to keep my strength up. I advise you do the same.

Nope........ this is all getting to hard for me , remove carpet , welding ,screwing and gluing
Benny can I send mine back and get a refund ,ill go to Kmart and just buy the $8 ones that you just unpack and lay on the carpet , much much easier and quicker to install less chance of me stuffing it up
Thanks

Just to clarify, were the V cans the 250ml or 500ml variations? or was it the Limited Edition Halo 4 760ml variety cans?

My clutch pedal started grabbing the mat today. Not happy.

What would be the best method for cutting these?
