Just to be picky, that LHS muffler is not straight. Has this been rectified with the new quads?

Out of curiosity, If I wish to paint the body of the mufflers black, would powdercoat hold up to the heat? Or would I have to go ceramic coating?

Cheers

I like where your going with that mark, good idea ;),
Any idea how much that would cost? I'm cool doing the painting myself... But just a ruff guess on the paint?

And keen on a sound clip of those sexy muff's :)

You wouldn't be able to powdercoat or ceramic coat yourself. It's not just a slap on paint.

There is a sound clip in my member's profile of these mufflers

I painted my TCP cat-back exhaust. I scuffed it up using sandpaper and then cleaned it and spraypainted it with heatproof paint. It came out very good. The paint only came off in parts where it scratched speed bumps and whatnot. You can see pics of the centrepipe that I sold in my sale thread.

A pity the tips don't stick out a tiny bit more like the STi quads do. I'd be all over them if they did.

How much longer are the wagon tips compared to sedans? I'm assuming the only difference between the two is the length of the tips correct?

I may be interested in putting a set of wagon mufflers on a sedan as I'd prefer the tips to stick out a little bit more.
