New version i've been working on ... looks lot cleaner with this one it's got a control panel you can turn ON/OFF of the light then its also got 4 flash mode (NOT to use on Street) but with this kit it don't have the dim function.

Install wise very straight forward (you will have to trim part of your front bar behind the fog light surround - but you can see once the fog light surround goes back on).

Ok another small update ..

My supplier sent me another type of LED DRL , this one have dim function (it dim when you turn on your head light), indicator function, and home safe function ( so the LED DRL will stay on for 30 sec after you switch off the car) and the best thing you get power direct from the battery no need to find power source. The LED DRL will turn on when you start the car.

At this stage im thinking fit this to my car .. need to find a spot ... better speak to Mike (phat gt) help me chop the bar haha.

or im also thinking use this within my headlight ...

better start work on my headlight ... :(

leo's in japan atm

mine are fully wired up and functional at the moment, no problems with it for a couple of months now
Leo is an electrical genius as im sure many of you know, wires for mine are all neatly tucked away through the engine bay and firewall, controller module (for the on/off/flash modes) is sitting in the ashtray compartment just in front of the gearstick. so no evidence its there when the little door is closed.

appearance-wise i love them, sure theyre not everyones thing but i think they look very sleek and not ricer-ish or add-on. esp once i add a front lip, new grille and drop it low.
picture a few posts below from leo is how theyre mounted on the foglight surrounds.
id get some more photos for you all but my sister "borrowed" my camera and wont be back in the country for a couple of weeks

Thanks for the reply Edward.

Do you have the dimensions for yours? And, do they sit in front of the fog light surround or are they mounted flush or recessed into the surround? If you have a make and model number, I can get all the dimensions off the internet, unless Leo wants to keep that to himself, best ask first...

From the pics bove, it looks like Leo has cut into the foglight surrounds and the LED DRLs sit 'somewhat' flush with the surrounds.

the surrounds have been cut yes, so the lights sit fairly flush with them, they protrude slightly. will try get photos soon
dimensions roughly 210x30mm or so, +/- a bit. no idea on model number or anything, sorry

There was actually a post facelift silver Spec.B Lib that drove past that kebab meet of ours, and it had DRL's like the ones I photoshopped on to my car. Can't believe it wasn't someone from the club
Looked pretty good.
