Those headlights look amazing Leo. How's the visibility of the indicators after being blacked out?

Hey Leo,

Have you ever done the indicator/parker switch on a post face Lib? How does it look? I am trying to convince Patrick and Ian to do it over here in WA but they're are not convinced!!
Below car has been gone for quite some time now... blew bottom end bearing and dealership screwed me! Now driving 2008 WRX with ~65k kms on the clock. Only has cat back exhaust and tune by KiDo at the moment! More to come... but slowly!

Purchased recently (12/11/2013), already with: Stage 2 Pedders lowered springs, rear Whiteline sway bar, Advan Racing TCII 18x8 wheels, k&N pod filter, custom 3" exhaust system from turbo back with Magnaflow mufflers. ECUTEK tune of some sort (hopefully soon to be fixed)..... now FIXED!! Now KiDo Tuned!
Added: HID kit, EZ lip equivalents to the front and sides, and various LED treatments, oem boot spoiler, [LGT WRC] plates, GFB Respons BOV for extra Pssscchhh! --> Gone... I couldn't afford it's heart transplant... but keep a look out, as it will come back on sale soon!

Compare to standard ... yes it does lose bit of the reflection .. but i had them blacked out for almost 4 yrs .. i never had issue people can't see my indicator. In post face its better much better as they don't have the parker light blacking the indicator bulb unlike is preface.

Way overdue for some updates !!!

Image
No angel eyes just simple blacked out headlight insert for Forester XT

Image
Again no angel eyes on these just painted yellow high beam reflector for WRX.

Image
Image
Before and after - painted Gen 5 headlight insert to take some chrome away from the headlights and installed CCFL angel eyes with 6000k HID low beam.

Image
Finally got chance to take photo of the only Gen 4 where I've installed twin rings and car looks great freshly detailed !

Image
Installed LED DRL, LED parkers and 6000k HID low beam.

Image
Blacked out headlights with LED angel eyes, 6000k HID low beam, LED parkers and 50W LED fog lights on the big white Gen 5.

Image
Image
This job was one of the most diffcult i've done. Had to spend fair bit of time to repair the previous installer did. So had to strip headlights back, clean up all the melting glue, blacked out the headlights and install new LED angels eyes.

Hey Leo
similar question to above. I live in Queensland how much would I be looking at for a set of prefacelift gen 4 halo's? And are the difficult to install?
