if there was something wrong with the wheels he should be returning them (description indicated that he bought them new) rather than foisting problems off to unsuspecting buyers.

The way i read into it,he bought them,and didnt like the look of them on the car after he fitted them,i can understand that,once you buy wheels you are stuck with them,which tyre retailer lets you fit them onto the car so you can see what they look like?
Unless they are second hand,i dont see any issues if you are interested with the wheels
If you came to an agreement,and are not sure , organize c.o.d..thats what i would do..

COD gives a sense of false security when buying second hand goods. The postie isn't going to hang around and wait for you to inspect the goods for completeness/damage.

I'd check the guy's rep before buying.

Looks like he has them up on ebay starting at $1500

i'd love them, but i ended up buying Rota Gravels in the mean time haha. If anyone wants those for about 1000 or a little bit less i may upgrade
