WTB: Shift Knob & Handbrake boot

The shift knob on my MY07 Liberty has cracked a bit and I would like to replace it with another factory unit. Does anyone have one that they changed over to an aftermarket one?

Also, the leather handbrake boot is torn a little, and I would like to replace that too, if anyone has changed to aftermarket again, I would love to take that off their hands too.

I"m on a real tight budget as I just bought the car, but tend to be pedantic about these things, so would appreciate a nice price.

For the record, does anyone know how much these parts are new?
