its the black hose that clamps onto the steel hose and goes to the hydrologic valve thing that engages/disengages the clutch

You should go to PIRTEK or ENZED there are many service centers in every state (they will be open tomorrow morning). Take the busted hose with you and they will be able to make a brand new custom one that's better than the original. Probably looking at around $50 to $100 depending on types of end fittings needed.
