Hi,

I'm after a set of brake lines for a MY07 GT-B. these brakes are the same as the GT as far as I can tell. can someone let me know how much the going rate is?

and do I need 4 or 6?

Thanks.

sd.

I think you need 6...

I'd just talk a to brake shop... It's generally around $120 for an ADR approved line.

is that $120 per line?

I've got two offers:

1) $500 for a set of six

2) $88 per line custom made

I ment $120 per line... So it looks like you got some cheaper pricing sorted :D

Just make sure you get some nice brake fluid when you get the lines replaced (IE - Dot 5.1) :D

If it's for a set of 6, that's pretty good. I've already put in my order - I need them for next week.

sorry if i wasn't clear, one set = 1 car.
all 6 lines, so it'll cover front and rear axles, or all 4 corners.

they are goodridge lines

i'm asking about the ADR thing where the lines need to be coated. just to be sure.

they will be USD$150 per set

postage... well, it is what it is.

once i get confirmation on the ADR thingy, i'll post up a group buy.

From what I have read in the past, yes it is more to do with the end crimping/swaging but I think I remember coatings being an issue as well
